Check out the legs on this stove. Doesn't it look like they have installed some type of casters? I would really like to be able to clean behind & beside my stove. I have read that a lot of commercial stoves can be purchased with casters. While I know you have to be very careful with the flex connection, it would be a great help. Anybody have any ideas on how to do this?

Ha thanks for posting this, I completely missed the hood on my first reading. Those copper stoves are striking and the casters are an innovative addition. Definitely gives one food for thought when figuring out how to fit Opal into our kitchen.

There are some very high quality commercial casters available that elevate an appliance less than an inch or so. They can support a great amount of weight and function quite nicely. Try a restaurant supply distributor in your area but stay away from BIG BOX STORE products.

Those are available at places like Home Depot. I have several units at our church on them.

    HELPFUL!
